I work as a counsellor supporting young performers to develop confidence, emotional resilience, and regulation skills in high-pressure creative environments.

This work bridges emotional wellbeing and performance psychology, helping young people feel more grounded, confident, and supported both in and beyond their performance experiences.

My Story

My work is informed by both clinical training and lived experience of visibility, performance, and body-based environments. Alongside my counselling practice, I also work as a body-positive fashion model and content creator, which gives me a lived understanding of confidence, body image, and self-worth in high-visibility spaces.

Through my Inner Belief Makeover work with women, I've also seen how early experiences of pressure, comparison, and performance can shape confidence over time. This combination of clinical training and lived experience is what led me to specialise in supporting young performers.

I understand both the internal emotional experience and the external demands of performance environments, and the importance of young people feeling emotionally supported as they navigate them.

Why This Work Matters

Performance environments such as dance, modelling, and casting can be exciting, but they can also bring significant emotional pressure for young people. Many young performers struggle silently with performance anxiety, self-doubt, perfectionism, and body image concerns, especially in environments where they are regularly seen, assessed, or compared.

This work matters because confidence is not just a performance skill, it is an emotional foundation. When young people learn how to regulate anxiety, manage pressure, and build internal confidence, they are not only able to perform better, but they also develop healthier self-worth that extends far beyond the stage, studio, or camera.
